tried filling out entry, could not put in babies birth date because of line below box. Would not let me enter.
Do they send an e-mail to let you know it is coming or do you just get it?
I have filled out 3 of these and I have yet to get any of the ones I have requested.
I got my bag it looks different, but it took about 6 weeks to get to me.
Filled this out a couple of times and NOTHING,no email,no package in the mail,..nothing.
