I was in my local Wal Mart the other day looking for something to cook for dinner and passed by the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken in the frozen section and just like that I knew exactly what to make for dinner, my famous Grilled Chicken Summer Wraps. So I grabbed a bag of Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken. I love that everyone is getting a good serving of lean protein. Then I got my favorite Tortillas, TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas from the refrigerated section at Walmart. These tortillas are my favorite because they are so fresh and they only have 5 simple ingredients in them so I know what’s going into my children’s body, and they are super fresh. Now. last but not least, I grabbed the one key ingredient that really gives this dish a robust full flavor, Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, it’s so good and we use it on everything, and what I like a lot about this dressing is that it’s not only really tasty but it doesn’t have any high fructose corn syrup. Luckily I already had lettuce, onion, and an avocado at home so I was out of the store in less than 6 minutes. I just love when shopping and cooking is so quick and easy.

So to make these grilled chicken summer wraps all you have to do is heat up the chicken in a skillet on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. While that’s heating chop up your lettuce, dice a tomato, and slice your avocado and place it in a mixing bowl. Then just add your chicken in the mixing bowl when it’s done and pour your Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing in (just enough to coat all your ingredients) and mix it all together. All you have left to do is warm up your TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas and then fill them up with your ingredients from the mixing bowl and wrap it up.

Nothing screams summer more to my family than this dish and it is so delicious I think my family would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it’s so easy and light which makes perfect for those hot summer days.
