A free diamond candle? Of course the website is probably being slammed! Remember, once you claim the badge, you have 30 days to use it. Try again tomorrow! I got my badge claimed, I’ll just wait until the congestion slows down 🙂

Question – if I already claimed my badge and tried to checkout, but the page is slammed, and checkout won’t go through.. does that mean I won’t get the candle if I am not able to check out in the 30 minute time period?

What’s the trick for free shipping? I also have a $5 credit, but it won’t let me use that. I am going to wait I guess. Oh yeah, the one that keeps showing is the watermelon one, how do you change what scent without having to start over?

i ordered mine free shipping free candle went to bed…got up this morning to find out ….my order was cancelled due to them “accidently” issuing me a free candle badge…so they gave me a five dollar off apology badge..not saying dont try it but just saying it didnt work for me…more of a hassle then a deal

Well, I’m very upset right now… I stayed up all night last night and finally got through… just had to pay for shipping. Now I got an email from them and they said they made an error and cancelled my order. Not cool at all, especially since it took so long for me to get through! And they just put $5 in my account to compensate… how about, I don’t want to spend anything else on your site and put it back in my bank account??
