Poinsettia Champagne

I love getting into the Christmas spirit with a “Poinsettia Champagne.” They are amazing for get togethers with friends or even relaxing around the house. It’s such a refreshing drink that’s not too sweet or to dry, so everyone can enjoy it. Which is why it’s one of my all time favorite holiday drinks and it’s ideal for holiday parties. And who doesn’t feel festive and fun with a beautiful drink in a lovely champagne flute!

Poinsettia Champagne 2

The red drink with the green sprinkles really makes Poinsettia Champagne the signature drink for the holiday season, and what’s really fun about Poinsettia Champagne is that it is super easy to make. There are only three ingredients in Poinsettia Champagne and they are easily found around the house. First you will need a half of a shot of Vodka, and then a generous pour of some extra dry champagne. Top it off with Cranberry Canada Dry, you can use any cranberry juice or drink, but I love the Cranberry Canada Dry because it’s not to sweet and adds extra fizz! I like to coat the rim of the glass with some green sugar sprinkles to make this drink extra Christmassy.

1/2 shot vodka
Cranberry Canada Dry (or any cranberry drink)
green sugar sprinkles
